The FDA has granted full approval to Moderna's messenger RNA (mRNA) COVID19 shot, Spikevax(TM), for persons age 18 and older. There are now two approved shots, although BioNTech's Comirnaty is not yet available in the U.S., notes the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS).
