WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 -- Rep. Buddy Carter, R-Georgia, issued the following news release on Feb. 4, 2022:
House Democrats today passed H.R. 4521, the America CONCEDES Act, allowing China to avoid responsibility for the spread of COVID-19 and their ongoing genocide against Uyghur Muslims.
