WASHINGTON, Feb. 4 -- Sen. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) co-sponsored bipartisan legislation to help combat online child sexual exploitation. The Eliminating Abusive and Rampant Neglect of Interactive Technologies Act (EARN IT Act) removes blanket immunity for violations of laws related to online child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
