WASHINGTON, Feb. 3 -- District of Columbia Attorney General Karl A. Racine issued the following news release on Feb. 2, 2022:
Attorney General Karl A. Racine today announced that his office filed two separate lawsuits against neglectful landlords to protect District residents in Ward 5 and Ward 2 from displacement and remedy hazardous housing conditions.
In a lawsuit against the owners and managers of the apartment complex at 65 through 97 Hawaii Avenue NE and 66 and 98 . . .
