WASHINGTON, Feb. 3 -- Rep. Tom Cole, R-Oklahoma, issued the following news release:
Congressman Tom Cole (OK-04) released the following statement after the U.S. national debt exceeded $30 trillion this week.
"It is beyond alarming that our national debt has surpassed $30 trillion and effectively doubled in just a decade," said Cole.
"Continuing to endlessly spend on the national credit card and failing to enact policies to pay it down is not . . .
