St. Johns Construction Contractor Fined for Lying to Labor Department Investigators During Workplace Inspection

JACKSONVILLE, Florida, Feb. 1 -- The U.S. Department of Labor issued the following news release:

A federal court assessed a $50,000 penalty to a north Florida construction contractor for attempting to deceive federal workplace safety investigators.
