WASHINGTON, Feb. 1 -- Rep. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release on Jan. 31, 2022:
Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) sent a letter to the Senate and House Appropriations Committees requesting that they prioritize Creating Helpful Incentives for the Production of Semiconductors (CHIPS) for America Act funding in any upcoming FY 2022 spending package for the purpose of supporting semiconductor manufacturing in the United States.
