WASHINGTON, Jan. 29 -- Rep. Dan Bishop, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release on Jan. 28, 2022:
Rep. Dan Bishop (NC-09), Rep. Jim Jordan (OH-04), and 14 House Judiciary Republicans, sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland demanding the Department of Justice (DOJ) take action against the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) race-based guidance for monoclonal antibody treatment allocation:
