MADISON, Wisconsin, Jan. 28 -- The Wisconsin Democratic Party issued the following news on Jan. 27, 2022:
Kevin Nicholson announced he was running for governor today, dashing Rebecca Kleefisch's hopes of avoiding a long and expensive GOP primary. Nicholson, a failed 2018 Senate candidate, is a threat to Wisconsinites' access to health care.
