WASHINGTON, Jan. 27 -- Rep. Tony Cardenas, D-California, issued the following news release on Jan. 25, 2022:
More than 190 congressional Democrats, including Congressman Tony Cardenas (CA-29), submitted an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in support of the EPA's authority to tackle the climate crisis, protect the public from dangerous air pollution, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
