MADISON, Wisconsin, Jan. 26 -- The Wisconsin Democratic Party issued the following news on Jan. 25, 2022:
Last week, Wisconsin hit an impressive new milestone -- the lowest unemployment rate in state history at 2.8%. On top of that, it was announced today that the state will finish the 2021-23 budget with a $3.8 billion surplus, nearly $2.9 billion more than was expected.
Wisconsin also has the lowest number of unemployed people in its history, as well as a labor force . . .
