LANSING, Michigan, Jan. 25 -- Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, D-Michigan, issued the following news release:
Gov. Whitmer joined the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO) to award a $5 million Michigan Revolution for Electrification of Vehicles Academy (MiREV) grant to Southeast Michigan Community Alliance (SEMCA) to further position the state at the center of the nation's electric vehicle and mobility industry growth by proactively preparing the talent needed.
