LANSING, Michigan, Jan. 21 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release:

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel joined two multistate efforts that are urging the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to preserve state authority to enforce their consumer protection laws in connection to the sale of over-the-counter hearing aids.
