BATON ROUGE, Louisiana, Jan. 21 -- Gov. John Bel Edwards, D-Louisiana, issued the following joint news with American Electric Power:
Gov. John Bel Edwards and American Electric Power Chairman, President and CEO Nicholas Akins announced that AEP, which manages the nation's largest electricity transmission system, will invest $100 million to develop a new Shreveport Transmission Control Center (STCC).
