WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 -- Rep. Dan Bishop, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release on Jan. 20, 2022:
Rep. Dan Bishop (NC-09) led a letter to U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Acting Commissioner Dr. Janet Woodcock, along with 30 House cosigners, regarding the FDA's guidance to hospitals and medical professionals to allocate monoclonal antibody treatments on the basis of race:
