WASHINGTON, Jan. 20 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following statement by Commissioner Mark C. Christie on the Algonquin Gas Transmission briefing order (Dockets No. CP16-9-011, CP16-9-012):
