Congressman Tim Ryan today issued the following statement in response to the U.S. Supreme Court declining to hear the Delphi retirees' case against the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC):
"I am deeply disappointed that the U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear the case brought by the Delphi retirees against the PBGC to restore their pens . . .
