FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Jan. 20 (TNSPer) -- The Kentucky Department of Corrections issued the following news on Jan. 19, 2022:
Department of Corrections Compliance Director John Dunn announced today that George Phillips has been promoted to justice program administrator in the PREA Branch. The Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) was enacted in 2003 to address the detection, prevention, reduction and prosecution of sexual harassment and abuse in correctional facilities.
