This week, Congressman Tim Ryan, Vice-Chairman of the Defense Appropriations subcommittee, raised concerns to U.S. Army Vice Chief of Staff Joseph M. Martin over the potential impact of continuous delays in federal funding. General Martin responded that delays in congressional funding could impact organic industrial base projects at JSMC pertaining to infrastructure improvements that support production . . .
