La. Gov. Edwards, Advanced Call Center Technologies Announce Development of Shreveport Facility That Will Create 600 Direct New Jobs

BATON ROUGE, Louisiana, Jan. 14 -- Gov. John Bel Edwards, D-Louisiana, issued the following news:

Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACT) President and CEO Hunter Croft announced that the company is investing $1.5 million to develop a new customer care center in Shreveport that will create 600 direct new jobs. Louisiana Economic Development estimates the project will result in 314 indirect jobs, for a total of more than 900 new jobs in Louisiana's Northwest region.
