CONCORD, New Hampshire, Jan. 13 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - New England Field Office issued the following news release:
ALL DRY HAY
Connecticut hay production is estimated at 89 thousand tons, up 7% from 2020. Yield is estimated at 1.93 tons, up 0.13 ton from the previous year. Harvested area, at 46 thousand acres is the same as the previous year.
