WASHINGTON, Jan. 14 -- Rep. Jason Smith, R-Missouri, issued the following news release:
In the cases of NFIB v. OSHA and the State of Ohio v. OSHA, the Supreme Court of the United States blocked the Biden Administration's Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) "emergency" rule forcing private companies to enforce a COVID-19 vaccine mandate from going into effect.
