LANSING, Michigan, Jan. 13 -- Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, D-Michigan, issued the following joint news release on Jan. 12, 2022:
Gov. Gretchen Whitmer joined the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) today to announce that Welch Foods is expanding its operations in the village of Lawton, where it will create up to 57 jobs for Michigan workers.
