WASHINGTON, Jan. 11 -- Rep. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Using the new enforcement mechanism created by the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), a settlement panel investigating Canada's dairy practices ruled in the United States' favor and agreed that Canada's restrictive tariff-rate quotas were harming U.S. dairy producers, many of whom are from North Carolina.
