HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Jan. 10 -- The Pennsylvania Democratic Party issued the following news:
Last week the Pennsylvania Democratic Party filed a complaint with the FEC, calling for the FEC to investigate McCormick's failure to formally register as a candidate despite spending more than $5,000, as the FEC requires. McCormick has spent more than $2 million without formally registering.
