WASHINGTON, Jan. 8 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:

U.S. Senators and Senate Auto Caucus co-chairs Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and Rob Portman (R-OH) sent a letter to Congressional leadership, urging swift passage of revised bipartisan legislation to invest in manufacturing and address the global semiconductor shortage facing auto manufacturing.
