In her most-recent column for the Arizona Republic Laurie Roberts asks a critical question - one that she's asked repeatedly for nearly two years: "Will Sen. Mark Kelly finally be forced to take a position on the filibuster?" Just as he has done 11 times before, Mark Kelly once again refused to answer that all-important question.
