KINGSTON, Rhode Island, Dec. 28 (TNSRes) -- The University of Rhode Island issued the following news:
Fueled by the recently identified Omicron variant, COVID-19 surges are being seen around the U.S., and one of the reasons cited are low vaccination rates. While more than 51 million cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the U.S. and over 800,000 people have died since January 2020, people's reluctance to get vaccinated has remained a cause for concern.
