WASHINGTON, Dec. 22 -- Sen. Benjamin Cardin, D-Maryland, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Ben Cardin (D-Md.) along with Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) and Brian Schatz (D-Hawaii) led a group of eight senators in calling on Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and Moderna to increase COVID-19 vaccines to low- and middle-income countries to help tackle the global disparities in accessing the vaccine.
