PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island, Dec. 22 -- Gov. Daniel J. McKee, D-Rhode Island, issued the following news release on Dec. 21, 2021:
In an effort to help Rhode Islanders pay their utility bills, Governor Dan McKee today announced $21,871,003 for fiscal year 2022 for the federal Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) to help eligible low-income Rhode Islanders pay their heating bills.
