WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Rep. Brenda Lawrence, D-Michigan, issued the following news release on Dec. 17, 2021:
U.S. Representative Brenda L. Lawrence (MI-14) announced that nearly $750 million in funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will be headed to Michigan to address the backlog of repairs for highways and bridges across the state. Rep. Lawrence also announced that Michigan is receiving over $213 million in federal funding . . .
