WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Sen. Thom Tillis, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) recently co-sponsored legislation led by Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) that would prohibit federal funding to states and localities that allow foreigners to vote.
