STERLING, Virginia, Dec. 18 -- Rep. Jennifer Wexton, D-Virginia, issued the following news release on Dec. 17, 2021:
Congresswoman Jennifer Wexton (D-VA) announced that Virginia will receive $1,348,139,636 in new federal funding under the bipartisan infrastructure law to create good-paying jobs for Virginians improving roads and bridges across the state. This is the first round of funding under the five years of federal investment in Virginia highways authorized by this new law.
