OFFUTT AFB, Nebraska, Dec. 16 -- The U.S. Air Force Offutt Air Force Base (55th Air Wing) issued the following news:
Even without air traffic due to a $190 million runway replacement project, the 55th Wing commander's policy remains that all small unmanned aircraft systems, or sUAS, for hobby or recreational use is strictly prohibited on base.
This policy includes not only the main base, but also the Capehart Chapel, Rising View housing areas, Ehrling Bergquist Cli . . .
