WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- Sen. Chris Van Hollen, D-Maryland, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Chris Van Hollen and Ben Cardin (both D-Md.) urged the Judiciary Committee to swiftly process the nomination of Baltimore City Circuit Court Julie Rubin to fill the upcoming vacancy on the federal District Court for Maryland.
