Congressman Tim Ryan (OH-13) is today announcing that the U.S. Treasury's Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) has awarded a grant of $590,000 to the New Horizon Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Barberton, and $300,000 to the Western Reserve Community Fund, Inc. of the Development Finance Authority of Summit County.
