WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 -- Rep. David McKinley, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
The Dr. Lorna Breen Health Care Provider Protection Act, H.R. 1667, sponsored by Congressman David B. McKinley, P.E., (WV-1), passed in the House last night. This bill will enhance the mental and behavioral health resources that are available to support health care professionals.
