U.S. Senators Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) and Gary Peters (D-Mich.) along with Senators Rob Portman (R-Ohio) and Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) announced bipartisan legislation to bolster American semiconductor production and supply chains.
