WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 -- Sen. Alex Padilla, D-California, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Alex Padilla and Dianne Feinstein (both D-Calif.) this week called on the Biden administration to review federal policies on wildfire suppression as well as the staffing of wildland firefighting agencies.
"We ask that the Administration and commission revisit the [National Fire Plan] with an eye toward improving interagency coordination and alignment around wild . . .
