WASHINGTON, Dec. 10 (TNSRep)-- The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology issued the following testimony by Kara Frederick, research fellow for technology policy at the Heritage Foundation, involving a hybrid legislative hearing on Dec. 1, 2021, entitled "Holding Big Tech Accountable: Targeted Reforms to Tech's Legal Immunity".
