HELENA, Montana, Dec. 9 (TNSPer) -- Gov. Greg Gianforte, R-Montana, issued the following news release on Dec. 8, 2021:

Governor Greg Gianforte today announced he is appointing Brett Linneweber to serve on the Thirteenth Judicial District Court in Yellowstone County. Linneweber fills the vacancy created by Thirteenth Judicial District Judge Gregory Todd's retirement.
