WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- Rep. Chellie Pingree, D-Maine, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Chellie Pingree (D-Maine) announced American Rescue Plan funding for five Maine airports in the First Congressional District. The $187,000 in grants, awarded through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), will provide economic relief for airports' costs related to operations, personnel, cleaning, sanitization, debt service payments, and combating the spread of pathogens.
