U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) praised the announcement that the U.S. Department of Justice's Bureau of Justice Assistance awarded a grant to the Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry (LMM) through the FY 2021 Second Chance Act Adult Reentry Education, Employment, Treatment and Recovery Program. Portman is the original author of the Second Chance Act.
