WASHINGTON, Dec. 6 -- Rep. Richard Hudson, R-North Carolina, issued the following statement:

I have been a vocal opponent of unconstitutional vaccine mandates and I have called vaccine passports "un-American." I have spoken out consistently and forcefully and have cosponsored bills opposing the OSHA vaccine mandate and the CMS vaccine mandate. I want to nullify the vaccine mandate wholesale.
