The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) announced that Director of Financial Institutions, Francisco Menchaca, Acting Director of Professional Regulation, Cecilia Abundis, and Acting Director of Real Estate, Laurie Murphy signed the following enforcement actions taken during the month of October 2021.
