COLUMBUS, Ohio, Dec. 1 (TNSPol) -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Ohio issued the following news release on Nov. 30, 2021:
The ACLU of Ohio, the American Civil Liberties Union, and Covington & Burling LLP filed a lawsuit today challenging Senate Bill 258, which establishes new congressional districts for Ohio, giving Republicans an unconstitutional partisan advantage. This proposal was signed into law by Gov. Mike DeWine on November 20.
