WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 -- Sen. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine, issued the following news release:
The Protecting Moms Who Served Act - a bill authored by U.S. Senators Susan Collins (R-ME) and Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) and U.S. Representative Lauren Underwood (D-IL-14) - was signed into law.
