Schumer today announced that the Bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act that he negotiated in the Senate includes $1 billion for the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) over 5 years, increasing the budget to $200 million per year through 2026, including $20 million per year in dedicated funding to deploy . . .
