CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Nov. 23 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Nov. 22, 2021:
U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) joined Charleston Mayor Amy Goodwin to announce a $1.75 million infrastructure investment from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) for the Charleston Capital Connector Project.
