WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- Rep. G.K. Butterfield, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release:

Congressman G. K. Butterfield (NC-01) joined Congressman David Rouzer (NC-07) to introduce H.R. 6046, the Rural Ferries Fairness Act, legislation to improve ferry service in North Carolina.
